Description
Vinyl sticker for cars, motorcycles, signs etc.
Outdoors, the duration of the adhesive depends greatly on the temperatures and sunlight to which it is exposed. For example, a monomeric adhesive applied to a shop window in Milan where the sun shines for 3-4 hours a day can last 3 times as long as the same adhesive applied to a window in Sicily where the sun shines for 6-7 hours a day.
Monomeric adhesive:
It’s not a very elastic adhesive, suitable for smooth surfaces without curves.
Duration outside: from 1 year to 2 years
It’s usually used to make short-term applications such as SALE for shop windows, small car signs, road signs, posters etc.
Polymeric adhesive:
Easily adaptable to slightly curved surfaces with an average duration of 3-4 years outdoors.
It’s usually used to make shop windows, small signs to be applied on cars, road signs of medium duration.
Cast sticker:
It’s a very elastic and resistant adhesive suitable for curved and irregular surfaces. Average duration of the adhesive: 8-10 years.
It’s usually used to wrap cars and motorbikes.
Protective lamination: it’s the application of a transparent film that serves precisely to protect the printed support.
It’s used for almost all adhesives applied to the outside except those of short duration (less than 3-6 months)
